Terms of Service

NaviSignal is a Guest Experience Intelligence service for independent hospitality properties. It analyses guest feedback you provide and can answer guest questions using information you have entered and verified.

NaviSignal costs $39 per month per property. One subscription covers one property, with unlimited rooms, reviews and guest conversations. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and are processed by our payment provider. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the current period.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the property information you enter, for having the right to import the guest feedback you upload, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Insights, potential drivers and suggested actions are directional interpretations of the data available in your account — not guarantees of outcomes. You decide what to act on. Concierge answers are drawn from information you provide; you approve any change to your Knowledge Base.

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to the email on your account.
