Information we process
Account information (name, email address), property information you enter, guest reviews you import, and guest conversations received through the NaviSignal Concierge or a connected messaging platform.
How we use it
To operate the product: analysing guest feedback, producing Guest Experience Intelligence, answering guest questions from information you verified, and billing your subscription.
Sub-processors
We use third-party providers for hosting and database services, AI model inference, and payment processing. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by NaviSignal.
Data separation
Each property's data is scoped to its owner account and enforced server-side. One property's data is never shown under another property.
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account exists. Cancelling a subscription locks access to a property's analysis but does not delete the underlying data. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact support to exercise them.
